In another one sided semi final on Monday evening Team Billy won all five ends played to ensure their place in the final of the Kirktonfield Cup on Wednesday. They will play Team James H who qualified last week.

Neilston played Auchenames on Friday in a friendly match. A team was selected from the squad of five who turned up to play, and James H, Andy C, Colin and Graeme had a convincing win on home ice. Some of the players are pictured below enjoying post match hospitality.

The first match of this league and knockout competition saw Team James R quick out of the blocks and six shots up after three ends. Their scoring finished there , however as the oppostion got into their stride resulting in a win for Team Brian.
