The annual match of two rinks against Barrhead Ferenze for the Jack Barr Salver took place on Saturday. The team of Billy, Colin, Margaret W and Andrena led from the start and finished with a score of +17 for Neilston. The other match saw the Fereneze team skipped by Gordon ahead after four ends. The match remained tight but the Neilston team of James H, Thomas, Margaret S and Georgie came through with a win of +4 shots for Neilston. After an enjoyable meal following the match Margaret W accepted the Salver on behalf of Neilston.
