Two teams from Barrhead Fereneze took to the ice against Neilston on Saturday in the annual bonspiel. Brian wins Johnnie’s Pound
In a hotly contested competition on Monday evening, including one member fresh from training in Canada, several stones were drawn within the four foot, but the winning stone was delivered by Brian.
James R and Ewen win Broadlie Cup
On Monday evening James R and Ewen won the Broadlie Cup in the final against Andy C and Brian, continuing their comprehensive grasp on the competition by only losing one end in the entire campaign.
Ramshead update
Neilston struggled to another win in the penultimate match in the league section of the XII Province competition. The next match is on Friday 20 January against Ardgowan.

Ferrie to Final
In another one sided semi final on Monday evening Team Billy won all five ends played to ensure their place in the final of the Kirktonfield Cup on Wednesday. They will play Team James H who qualified last week.
