Dinner and Presentation of Prizes Season 2021-22

This year the event was held at Caldwell Golf Club and a great turnout of members ensured the prizegiving was a great success.

After a welcome by the President Margaret Semple, Billy recounted the highlights of the season and introduced the President’s husband Robert who would present the prizes.

Opening Bonspiel winners James R and Brian. Lewis was also in the team.
Leggat Cup winners Billy, James R and Georgie. Rosemary was also in the team.
Kirktonfield Cup winners Brian, Robert and Alan S. Rosemary was also in the team.
Que Sera Bonspiel winners Margaret S and Ewen. Rosemary was also in the team.
The Broadlie Cup for pairs was won by James R and Colin.

Colin was unable to attend the dinner as he was on international umpiring duties.

The Neilston Points Shield was won by James R.
Greenacres Salver presented by Robert to James R, Ewen and Robert as compere Billy looks on. Colin was also in the team.
Neilston beat Giffnock in the District Medal Match and the medal is presented to team skip Brian.
Vote of Thanks given by Andy C.

Andy C closed the formal part of the proceedings with a Vote of Thanks to all involved including organiser Rhona.
