2025-26 Season Begins

President’s Prizes
In the closing bonspiel on Monday evening, the President’s Prizes were won by the team of Andy R, Brian, Andy C and Rhona in a trailblazing effort winning both their matches by a large margin. Vice President Alan announced the winner and thanked President Colin for the purvey following the match.
Auchenames Friendly
Neilston skipped by Billy, with team members Colin,Alan and James H, took to the ice on Friday evening for the friendly against Aucenames CC. After a few close ends with only single shots scored, Neilston took a six to finish the game.
Team James R win Salver
With one game still remaining in the Greenacres Salver League, Team James R took the title after being unbeaten throughout the league.
McLeod Winners
The team of Andy C, Tom, Marilyn, and Margaret W soundly beat all oppostion to win the bonspiel with a score of +7. Second place went to the team of Andy R, Sheila , and Margaret S. Also competing were the teams of James H, Billy, and Ewen, and Rhona, Coiln, and Andrena.
Cancelled Match Update
The Greenacres Salver game which had to be postponed due to plant breakdown has been rescheduled for 6pm on Friday 28 February. The match involves Team Andy R and Team James H.
Points Win For Andy
Individual Points winner was Andy C with a score of 29. Runner up was James R with 28 points. Third place was Tom scoring 27 and since he plyad with Andy in the team competition they won with a team score of 56 points.
Colin and Margaret Doubles Winners
In a seven end final on Wednesday Colin and Margaret W took a three in the last end to win the final against Billy and Andy R.
