Neilston Curling Club Notice of AGM

NOTICE is given that the Annual General Meeting of our Club will be held on Wednesday 16th May 2018 at 7.30 pm in the lounge of Neilston Bowling Club, Kirkton Road, Neilston.

Resignations require to be intimated to me before that date, otherwise subscriptions for the year 2018/19 will be due. Applications for membership of our Club should also be forwarded to me before that date if possible.  If you know of anyone who is interested in becoming a member, or who could be persuaded to become a member (remember our free coaching deal),  please speak with them and encourage them to apply for membership before the AGM, as always, we need new members. We could also do with lowering the age profile of our members – by recruiting younger curlers.

Our AGM provides all of us with the opportunity of participating in the running of our Club and I look forward to seeing you on the 16th  May.

If you are unable to attend please let me or any other committee member know.

 Yours sincerely

 William C Ferrie

Secretary, Neilston Curling Club
